The workshop dehumidifier is designed as a new air system. In summer, the temperature and humidity load of the outdoor wind is the largest, and the refrigerated dehumidification and rotor dehumidification are operating at their maximum. In winter, the temperature of the outdoor wind is low but the moisture content is not large. At this time, the built-in steam heater of the unit increases the humidity. Then it is sent to the spraying workshop; in other transitional seasons, the refrigeration dehumidification is partially carried out, and most of the humidity load is sent indoors after being absorbed and dried by the runner.


The working principle of workshop dehumidifier refrigeration dehumidification is to rely on the evaporator to lower the dew point of the air and analyze the water in the air. The principle of the rotary dehumidifier is: the core mechanism of the rotary dehumidification equipment is a constantly rotating honeycomb rotor. The small holes of the honeycomb provide a huge moisture absorption surface. High sealing material partitions are used to divide the rotor surface. There are two areas: one is the 270-degree fan-shaped dehumidification area at the processing end; the other is the 90-degree regeneration area at the regeneration end. When the humid processing air enters the processing area, the moisture in the air is absorbed by the runner, and the dry air is sent out by the fan. The dehumidification wheel rotates continuously and slowly during the treatment process. When the treatment area rotates to the regeneration end, the high-temperature regeneration air desorbs the moisture in the wheel and discharges it to the outside.
